Shane purchased the First National office in the town of Proserpine in the Whitsundays Queensland in 2006. After 4 successful years Shane sold the business took his kids out of school and travelled around Australia for 12 months in a motor home.
Shane and his wife Fiona and the kids drove into Karratha to get a hair cut and never left. Until then Shane had never heard of Karratha. The Pilbara has been very good to Shane’s family they love it here.
They are now home owners as is their eldest Daughter who has now given them two grand children. Karratha is now Shane’s for ever home.
In the 10 years Shane has been in the Pilbara he has seen Karratha transform from what was essentially a mining town into a very liveable City.
Shane has 9 years’ experience in the Commercial and Industrial sector in the Pilbara and has a strong understanding of how the industrial and commercial sector ticks and has built up long term relationships with both buyers ,Tenants and sellers .
Since 2014 Shane has been market leader in the industrial and commercial sectors. He is driven to provide the best service possible and getting results, with his honest down to earth demeanour of negotiating with buyers and tenants.
Since 2014 Shane was the selling agent for Development WA for the Gap Ridge Industrial Estate.
